Bakery

We have three amazing bakers working in our bakery. Fujida oversees the bakery. Damaris and Apolo work with her. The three of them make all the bread for the school, Relief Food, COPE House, and any orders received. We are always working towards getting them enough time and supply to sell at market as well.  Our goal for the bakery is that it become self sustaining. Our bakers are gaining the skills to run the bakery as their own business.
