Teachers and Classes

We have 10 teachers working in our upper primary classes. They teach one to two subjects each in two to three grades. They are extremely professional but also passionate about educating the children from the Pokot tribe. Most of the teachers are themselves Pokot and want to see their community grow and thrive. Some of our teachers have been with us over a decade now! Our classrooms have between 30 and 45 students per teacher.

Christian Curriculum

Our school is a Christian private school. All our students take Christian Religious Education (CRE) courses. The children learn the history and context of the Bible, the authors, and are well versed in a huge portion of the content by the time they reach class 6. It is very impressive how much they understand at such a young age!
